REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHY – TERMS & CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking & Scheduling
Sessions are confirmed once a date, time, and location are agreed upon. A booking confirmation will be sent to the client.
Payments
Payment is due before delivery. Accepted methods:
• Credit or Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Apple Pay or Google Pay
• Bank Transfer (upon request)
Late payments may incur a $25 late fee after 5 days.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the appointment: no fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 50% fee due.
Weather reschedules are allowed at no charge if the photographer determines that conditions are unsuitable for
photography.
If the property is not ready, occupants are unavailable, or access is delayed, rescheduling fees may apply.
Property Readiness
The property should be clean, staged, and photo-ready upon the photographer’s arrival.
Image Delivery & Usage
Edited images will be delivered within 24 hours after the shoot. Images are licensed for real estate marketing use only by the client and their agents. Copyright remains with the photographer. Images cannot be resold, edited, or reused without written permission.
Weather & Lighting Conditions
The photographer may reschedule due to poor weather that impacts photo quality, such as rain or heavy clouds. Clients may request one weather-related reschedule without penalty if reasonable notice is given.
Refunds
Refunds are not provided for completed shoots or delivered images. Partial refunds may be issued at the photographer’s discretion if technical issues occur.
Liability
The photographer is not responsible for injuries, damages, or loss that may occur during the photo session. The client is responsible for ensuring that the property is safe and accessible.
Pricing
The pricing for listing photography reflects the quality and value of work, and is therefore non-negotiable.
Agreement
Booking a session confirms that the client has read, understood, and agrees to these terms and conditions. The client agrees for the photographer to use the pictures for their portfolio
